Mosaic Pomona’s “Downtown Halloween GetDown” was a night of face painting, pumpkin carving and trick or treating around the galleries in Downtown Pomona’s Arts Colony. We opened our gallery to pass out a ton of candy and take a few family Halloween pictures, ending the night watching The Goonies in Thomas Plaza (thanks again to Mosaic Pomona). The photos below are also on Facebook if you’d like to tag yourself HERE.
Amid the art showings and workshops, we occasionally take time to open our space for life events, such as birthdays, graduation parties, bachelor(ette) parties and more. Last week’s birthday party for 1 year old, Agnes, the daughter of Vintage Renewals owners, Maria and Chris, was a beautiful event full of laughter, excitement and some of the best food I’ve had in a while. We loved the make your own Bento Boxes and the Kawaii inspired theme. The photo booth, DIY Kawaii tees and glitter tattoos were a hit as well.
Photographer Kerry Sawyers of Move Me Photography caught some great shots…here’s a few that we just loved.
